Two new projects--guest designer Sarah De Guzman

Every since I got these albums in my hands, I have not been able to stop creating with them. Truthfully, I love mini books but hardly ever make them. Well, I'm here to tell you that, this has changed! I am in love with all the different Punky Sprouts mini books and can't stop creating with them. I thought about it last night and I know what it is. I LOVE the combinations of the three different kinds of pages. I have always loved chipboard and acrylic. Something you may or may not know is that I absolutely adore canvas! Years ago, I published three books on canvas. So the three different combinations make my heart putter!!
Here's a project I did the other night. Like the book before it, I was going to "start" the book and then finish it at a crop. That didn't happen. Again, I couldn't stop and completed this book in just a couple of hours.

Suzy West--Alfalfa album

I love this book that Sarah De Guzman created!! The combination between Punky Sprouts and Imaginisce's line, Live Loud looks really cool!
Thanks Sarah for sharing this project with us.

Thanks for looking. If you have created with one of our books, please contact me so I can feature it here. Can't get your hands on one of our books? Tell your LSS to give us a call or email us. :)

Live For Today project

As soon as I got one of these albums in my hot little hands, I knew I wasn't going to be able to wait long to start creating with it.
Last night it was calling to me so I started working on it thinking I would start it and finish all the rest the rest at the crop the next day. Well that didn't happen. I had so much fun creating, I couldn't stop. The wild thing is that it took me only a few hours to finish it.
This is the Rebel Sprout album.

Noel Culbertson has sprouted an awesome project!

I couldn't wait to show you the project that Noel Culbertson created with one of our Punky Sprouts albums. She recently wrote an article about Punky Sprouts on Scrap Review. If you haven't checked out this blog, you need too! They have very creative designers that write articles about products they are asked to play with and then give it a review. You can read Noel's review HERE. She created a really fun project using one of my favorite albums.

She had an extra album and created another project yesterday. Here's her project.

I asked Noel to tell me a little bit about working with our products. Here's what she has to say.

Every Punky album is budding with possibility and offers it's own fun twist for your project. The Prim 'n Punky album felt like an unveiling. Each layer seems to peel away to reveal the next. I decided to showcase a favorite set of pictures I took of my youngest daughter looking sweet against some old buildings. With fresh stack of paper and embellishments I set the stack of album pages in front of me. I love seeing how each layer will interact with the next, so I kept each completed page in its place as I worked on the album. It helped me try to maintain a visual flow of the pages. After stitching pictures on my last album's canvas pages, I thought I'd give glue (Fari-Tack) a try this time. It worked beautifully to adhere every last little bit of fun onto the canvas. With the unveiling of each layer, I think this would be a fun album to do a "Through the Years" progression of pictures with... Here's to another fabulously inspiring book of fun from Punky Sprouts.
